    I have those 2s on my 600RR. 8K miles, no issues. Just replaced with a new one. My buddy runs them on is VFR he tracks it. I suspect you have something else going on.

    @Cláudio Nogueira I always cringe at blanket statements on performance mods. Tons of variables that will affect the outcome. Air filters are a good example. The design by the OEM plays a big part in whether or not an “upgraded” filter does anything. Two examples:

    Refer to the service manual, which is posted in the RESOURCE section,. There is a way to manually retrieve DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). Check Engine Light is officially called MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp)
