I did not have to tune my 650F when in installed the full Akra exhaust but I definitely had to remap my VFR with the aftermarket exhaust. I think it depends on the fueling parameters in the stock tables combined with the amount of increased airflow of the upgrade compared to the OEM.

High probability you are running out of fuel at that RPM with a stock tune and low-resistance exhaust.

If you are just replacing the lever, there are a ton of choices that are direct swaps. Any of the major retailers sell them. It has one screw to remove and they pop out.

No. You can verify by looking at the switch housing. It will say HISS on it if equipped. Used in high theft regions around the world.

To add to @Dankotaru comment above, i run the Q4 at the track (bought a 2nd set of rims on EBay). Huge difference in traction when up to operating temp. Avoid dragging the pegs (its like tossing an anchor!)
