Not sure about aftermarket options, but if you decide to go OEM BikerzBits in Thailand is the place to get genuine Honda OEM parts for much less than buying locally through Honda. I've ordered through them a few times and they are great to deal with and ship fast (DHL). Here's a link to their page for one of the rotors for your bike. You can set the currency at the top right of the page.

3.5mm min. thickness, .3mm max lateral runout (warpage)

I just measured my RF rotor when changing tires this weekend, and it's warped at .4mm. But the LF is within spec (.21mm). Go figure. I'm sure repeated stops from 125mph at the end of HPR's back straight is to blame. So I'm looking for better options as well, and also coming up empty. I'll post back if hear from EBC, Galfer, or BrakeTech.

I wish I could get better pads as well, it seems EBC HH compounds are about it, but they have limits on the track. So I've also asked if they could make a set of EPFA pads for our calipers, and will post back what they say.

Update:

Galfer and StopTech don't have rotors for the 650, and no immediate plans to make any. It's not a heavily tracked or raced platform, so I'm not surprised. I offered to send my old rotors to them to use as a template for a one-off, and they didn't respond.

EBC makes rotors, but they're impossible to find from a vendor. At least in the USA, no one has them in stock, but the rotors are listed in the EBC catalogue, part number MD1194X and MD1194XC (scalloped edges). I contacted EBC and they verified they have the MD1194X in stock, and can drop-ship from their preferred vendor, PerfectBrakes. PerfectBrakes doesn't have them in stock on their website (no one does), so I contacted their sales staff directly and Opal verified they could order them, gave me a 15% discount and took care of the order. The rotors shipped direct from the EBC USA warehouse in Las Vegas. I'm very happy with EBC and PerfectBrakes sales teams.

Here are the rotors:

I'll make another thread when I replace them to cover the install and weight differences. Need to order some new rotor fasteners. Might just go Ti because I'm a sucker for Ti hardware. It's my version of cruiser chrome.

The EPFA pads are made in the USA, so the EBC sales rep said there's a chance they can make a one-off set for me and put in a request to the production facility. I'll update if I hear back from them.
