Brammers @Brammers what gauge is that? Do you have the whole setup or just some smaller scapes? I have a whole box of HO stuff in my attic. When we lived in FL my buddy and me built a huge setup in our dining room. Was a big conversation piece when folks would come over. Dismantled it when we moved to CA in 2004, been in hiding ever since. I even made a few of my own rail cars.

It's OO - which is a UK specific scale, but it runs on HO track.

I'll dig out a full picture later (it's a 5 foot long puzzle layout). I have a much bigger one in bits which is approx 9' by 8' (half built).

So cool! I forget how huge O gauge can be! Especially as the US full-scale loading gauge is huge compared to ours, so our models (even in O) are smaller.

I’ve applied it with a dry microfiber cloth rubbing just a little
Let it sit for like 10 seconds
And cleaned it off with clean microfiber cloth
I’ll be probably clean it this weekend and show you the results
Alright, did some R&D and some tests and found out that the active ingredient to remove oxide and yellowish film on steel is HCI - Hydrochloric Acid (9-10%) which can be found in household bleach and toilet sink cleaners! used Lysol ( or HARPIC in EU ) toilet cleaner and I am STUNNED by the result! So it is basically used in metal industry to remove rust and etc. from steel before final coating process. So I tried to wipe and rinse it completely off. Will check tmr to see if I have ruined my pipe!!!! ( hopefully not )
