241 Km/h, stock 2021 CB650r
Your right, I have not hit top speed on my bike in a long time now. Bad roads, potholes, and dogs as it is their mating season in my area. Strong winds would be another factor. Also in Thailand, you have to wear a mask while riding your bike, I feel pretty stupid but there is a fine if you don't.I hit 103mph (indicated) on my ‘20 CB650R, only once though to try it... It was intense and hard to fight the wind at that speed though. Normally I don’t go past 80ish as that’s about my comfort limit, at 90+ it just gets harder to control the bike due to wind & crappy road surface. Plus, once you pass that speed you can either get in a lot of trouble with the law or have a serious incident. Not worth the risk, in my humble opinion...
Well what to say lol. But what MODs do you already have on it?Hi everyone, just picked up a '18 cb650f in California. Max I hit is 129mph/207kph. Any mods the bikes needs to touch 140?
Maybe it's just maintenance.
The bike has more but "it feels" like it gets stuck there. Fun bike all in all tho!
Maybe its for the better that I don't go past 129 😂
I took of the decals, I thought that would give +10hp 🤣.Well what to say lol. But what MODs do you already have on it?
to me, a high-flow exhaust made a big difference. Not much to do. PCV did not change anything TBH. I kept the stock filter and My bike is pretty nimble. Your biggest enemy on the F model is the wind! and nothing can help.I took of the decals, I thought that would give +10hp 🤣.
It's bone stock. No mods. Bikes due for a new air cleaner and oil change, so I'll see what that does.
