I put the front a little more down in pressure at 2.4 bar and like it, but haven't cover much road since cause job and bad weather, I'm circa 75 kilos

For what I know for tyre pressure, if you don't go too much far from the recommendation there's no problem, whether car or motorcycle, usually I prefer stay a little down on my vehicles

Hello.

How did you arrived in those pressures?
I admit I would like to try something else rather than Honda recommendation, but I'm afraid I am not experienced nor sensitive to judge the changes. I'm always afraid that I'll end up choosing "wrong" pressures and that one day, in a limit situation, I'll end up wrong.
Any advice? How much do you weight? Just for comparison...

TIA
Hi
I'm 95kg
I ride every day so mostly trial and error but come colder temps I will increase front and back by 2 ,
The oem pressure is set as a generic pressure makes it easy for honda ,
Best thing is decrease either front or back by 2 and ride ,after a short while you will either like or not ,
If your new to pressures don't do both at same time as it will totally change how bike stops turns and runs over bumps ,
Also you need to consider lower pressure can give better grip but will give less tyre life ,
It's a trade of

When I got my 2021 cb650r, the previous owner has been running stock tires and given almost bald, first thing I head to my tire shop, wanted road6, whole country out of stock, not sure what is going on with the official Michelin importer. Finally end up rosso iv corsa. First time ever had such little thread tires. Only had them 400km, last weekend had a hillclimb, it was good but dunno how it fair during rain or wet.

Michelin Road 6s- Put them on the 650R and I have to agree, these are great tires. Of all the mods I've made this is the best, most noticeable change. Bike instantly felt like a different machine, more nimble, cornering felt much more solid, more confident handling overall. Had them on for months now, a few thousand km and they feel the same. No notice of unusual front tire wear like the Road 5s.
Hi, do you typically ride on a warmer climate? What's the mileage you got from Road 6 before changing to a new set of tyres? Also how's your riding style, are you hard on the throttle and brakes? Is the road 6 suitable for touring? Thank you.

Road 6 is the allrounder. I trust these tyres even in the rain.

I live in Thailand so, yes, it is a warmer climate. 41 (106) yesterday and today. The original factory tires were on the bike when I purchased it and I just didn't like them so I replaced with the Road 6's. Around the city I live in I abide by the posted speeds as in Thailand people typically drive slower and accelerate from stops painfully slow. It's just how things are here. I do drive from city to city and then hammer the throttle but again, traffic is running at 80km (50mph) or slower so running fast over a long distance is difficult. I have had to slow down quickly on numerous occasions and the tires are rock solid. Touring? Yes, I would give them a thumbs up.

I put roadtec 02 on about 6 weeks back, did post on the "stock dunlops dead"
I have to state, I like Metzlers and have soft spot for them, that said I did an i2i training course in the rain 1 week after which has changed my riding beyond my dreams, the weather has improved in England but I really rate the o2's. good in the wet, and gave instant confidence. they warm up quick, so far I cant fault them

Unfortunally I had to test the angel gt 2 under heavy rain and have to say they work really well, surely better than cotton sweatshirt and jeans

Another update on the angel gt 2, after 7k km they're almost done, a few millimiters front and back to the legal limit, maybe 1k km left

Not so bad with only mountain road use I think

Switched for a set of diablo rosso 4 and just wow! A lot more of grip and confidence, don't know how long they can last, but super happy for the quality of the tire, pretty stitched to the road

The rosso corsa must be unreal in therm of road performance, probably even too much for the cb and mine

That seems like the mileage I’d expect out of a Rosso Corsa. Any ideas as to why they didn’t last so long?

Always on mountain roads so a lot of twist and turn, often with rough and cracked asphalt, damned hot summer, maybe rider's inability 😄

Can't think of any other reasons, there would still be some life in the center of the tire, but nothing on the sides, especially on the rear

Worn out wife’s of the rear tire is generally hard acceleration out of corners, too low a tire pressure and they heat up too much or just canyon carving and where you spend a lot of time.

I’ve only read a few things about the Roadtec, not enough to garner an opinion.
