SP Engineering from UK has also a beautiful line-up and they ship to Europe and US, I contacted them and they provided me with some pics, they also have a video posted.
The exhaust is not homologated but it comes with a db-killer with a screw to fit in and remove easily. They say it complains with current noise regulations with the db, but it has no cat so I don't know about emissions....

So, i just purchased the Dual CR-T Exhaust for the CB650r, i know MrFritz86 @MrFritz86 has one and know his story with the exhaust, but in general, besides change gaskets and be careful with the o2 sensor, any advices on the install?

I have the dual too. I preferred to have it installed by my honda workshop. Cost me less than 100euro and i haven't had a single problem with it for over 11000 km.

I've bought the full Arrow system for my cb650r (homolugated version).

In Arrow's fitting instruction they say to fasten the header nuts using 21nm of torque. The shop manual say 18nm. The sleeves on the OEM headers are slightly above 31mm (31,2mm etc) and Arrow's sleeves are slightly below 31mm (30,8mm etc).

Does the sligth difference in length require using higher torque vallues? What amount of torque should I use?

the crush gaskets will most likely compensate the small difference (0.4 mm is nothing)
did you replace them?
use the recommended value from arrow, also 18nm to 21nm is not a huge difference

Allright cool, thanks. Yeah, waiting for gaskets to arrive, hopefully next couple of days.

The SC Project 4-1-2 for the 650F looked frikken mean, hopefully their new product can replicate it, but that might just be me haha

I ordered this in December - still waiting - after contacting the factory , they said there will be delays ( which to be fair I totally accept ) - production will be in February ... so I am hopefully for a March delivery - I also received some money back from SC (£166.83) as they said I will have to pay import duties when it arrives on UK shores - ( i thought that was pretty good of them, I would have probably just paid it as well !) )

Be careful with the torque on those. if you look in my post history I had two of the akrapovic header flanges bend slightly due to (just barely)overtorquing the those nuts and had an incredibly difficult time (multiple hours) releasing them from the bolts. I'm not sure if the Arrow has similar flanges but just a heads up

I have a 2019 cb650r and was wanting to mount a custom exhaust with no catalytic converter. I know I will obviously get the most power if I tune it after but can I run it without a tune for a while or will the negatives of doing that be too much?

Hi Guys, Quick question. I bought the akrapovič exhaust s-h6r14-hegeht and does anyone know if there is a difference in sound with or without the catalytic converter?

Hey everyone, did anyone fit the Ixil Hyperlow L3XB to a cbr650r ? How do you like the looks/sound? I'm finding it hard to find a decent picture with the hyperlow on a 650r.

so after trying to find the info ALL over the internet hoping maybe you guys could help. im currently looking at 4 different exhausts
1) cs racing
2) austin racing
3) akra
4) black widow
now i know the austin and akra both have titanium options which will be the lightest but all ive been able to find so far is the weight of the autin which according to their website is 1.2kg... is that possible that a full exhaust weighs in at only 2.5lbs? how?
ive been trying to find the weight of the akra and the cs but those are not posted so i was wondering if anyone here has specs on those.
obviously every exhaust is going to perform around the same and sound similar so its basically a look and weight thing at this point.
im very partial to the cs exhaust as it keeps the muffler under the swing arm like oem and has a clean look but i know its also made of stainless which will weigh more but the question is how much more?

AR is only 1.2kgs because it’s just a short pipe and nothing else.
You can find the weight of an Akrapovič at their website.

After installing my Akrapovič S-H6R14-HEGEHT and removing the dB killer it was for my personal taste to loud (really nice but to loud) and with dB to much stock sound. So I did some modification. Grind of the three pipes of the db with the grinding wheel.

As promised two short video’s one without dB and one with the modified dB
