Hi i have an a2 restricted cbr650r im now old enough to get it derestricted id like to install the stock air intake trumpets myself which double AFR and will get round to the ECU when i can get it booked is it dangerous for my engine to have the increased airflow without the ECU flashed?

I am keen to get an Akrapovic exhaust for a better sound but in Australia our bikes are restricted so wondering whether it’s okay to install a full exhaust without the bike being tuned ?

I recently bought a Honda CB650R 2021.
It has a the black sticker on the right side of the frame near the headlight.
On that sticker it says:
L3e-A2 95dB(A) - 5500min-1 35.0kW
Does this mean its a 35kW bike?
How can i tell without taking the motor apart?
