CB650R New member

Hello to everyone. I am jef200 from Corsica (France). I bought a Honda CB650R on 23/11/2021.
I am 57-year old.
It is a second-hand from 2019, red, with 8500 km.
I had already got 2 Honda in the past. 1 CB 600 F Hornet with carburettors and then 1 CB 600F Hornet with injection.
My previous bike was a Suzuki GSX-S 750 bought in early 2018, to remplace a Yamaha MT07/FZ07.
My Honda is not so poorly equipped, since the previous owner had bought short levers and mirrors, the front cap, and installed a USB plug.
I already ordered a short fender and a radiator protector, plus a KN air filter.
I will soon order a Boosterplug and a full exhaust system.

I'm curious, why did you go from the GSX-S 750 to the CB650R ?

Slt! Oui en effet ça peut surprendre, mais à notre age (57 pour moi et 58 pour Madame) on finit par se calmer, et surtout la GSX-S n'est pas vraiment au top pour le duo car la selle passager est trop haute et pas très large.
En fait j'hésitais entre la CB650R et la Triumph Trident 660, mais ce dernier modèle est assez dur à trouver d'occasion par chez moi, donc voilà pourquoi.
En plus comme la CB est plus légère de 10 kg et tire un poil plus court, les 20 ch en moins ne se ressentent presque pas.
