All 650Rs Honda CB650R 2022 restricted?

I see that you are also in Portugal. I recently (September) ordered a CBR650R from Lopes & Lopes near Lisbon (not delivered yet), and I've been wondering how to verify, when the bike does get delivered, that it isn't the restricted version.

I'm also in Portugal. I had this same question because mine mentions the 35KW in the head sticker. Absolutly the same.
ALL, restricted or full power versions, mention the 35Kw for general homologation purpose. Just that. That doesn´t mean nothing regarding if yours is restricted or full powered. All leave the plant unrestricted. It´s up to the local importers to make the restriction, according to the market in question.
Where you will be able to check is on the bike register title. Mine is registered with 95BHP, because Honda sales documentation say so.
In fact I found, talking with Honda Portugal, that mine is a full power version and there is nothing on the bike you can see, to identify if it is a 35Kw version or full powered.
If you ask local Honda by giving them the VIN, they are able to tell you. On the bike, you would have to open the air box and see if the intake trumpets are fully open or half restricted. That is the only physical clue and it´s hiden below the tank.
There is also a difference in ECM mapping but "we cannot" see it.
In summary, all bike have that in the sticker, there is nothing to identify the bike but I assure you that a 95BHP bike is much different from a restricted one! You would be able to feal it ;-)
See mine. It´s similar and it´s full powered.

Open the throttle if you do 0-60 in about 3 seconds your bike isn’t restricted!

As far as I know all bikes (at least the EU variants I guess) have that sticker. It lists both the restricted and unrestricted version.

*Mine was restricted but already had the sticker before the restriction was installed by the dealer

Thanks NBRC. What is your speed at red line/limiter in 3rd gear?

I have no clue, never checked that. But I know 2nd goes over 130Km/h.
Ans goes over 200m/h on the flat. A limited bike doesn´t.
