I had been searching for a while to find a set of turn signal mirrors for my bike. I found these will searching around eBay and the bolt size, spacing and the mirrors mounting angle all checked out. I received and fitted the mirrors and a signal relay today (relay is under the gas tank, a total PITA). Thought I'd share in case someone was searching for something similar.

They work well, led is visible from wide angles. The mirror is a reasonable size although you dont get as good a view as the Honda OEM's. Now im just wating on some fairing mount blanking plates to dry.

Ooh, those are very nice!
Is it just the photo or are the mirrors themselves rather dark? Kinda looks like they're smoked glass.

What happens at night? Do you get blinded by the blinkers when it flash towards you?

To be honest, I did not go out for a ride after fitting them last night, however, I did sit on the bike in the dark and the LEDs in the mirrors were not an issue as they are not ultra bright. The photo makes them seem much brighter than they actually are.

In case the eBay link I provided does not work in the future, the page listed the mirrors to fit the following bikes.

Honda:
2003-2014 Honda CBR600RR;
2004-2007 Honda CBR1000RR;
2011-2013 Honda CBR250R;
2012-2014 Honda CBR500R;
2015 Honda CBR300R
CB1100XX,CBR600F,CBR600F4,CBR600F4i

Suzuki:
Suzuki GSXR 600 GSXR 750 2004 2005 04 05

Yamaha
FZ1 FZ6 YZF R1;199X-2007

Triumph:
2007 Triumph daytona 675

So mirrors from any of those bikes should also fit our 650's

Rogue @Rogue I made them with some acrylic/perspex and a Dremel. I made a stencil by holding paper on the fairing and rubbing graphite around the hole to get the outline shape. Traced that to the acrylic and cut then used a sanding bit to slowly remove excess material so they sit flush with the fairing. The color is slightly off though, I used engine enamel black, a dusting of a silver and a dusting of the black again to match the metallic look but the black is a slightly different shade.

I need to see if I can get some of the OEM paint to re-do them with. I also received a cowl that needs paint so I'm going to see if i can track some down.

Was there no modifications to the mirrors or the fairing to install them. I love these but not sure if l would want to modify anything to install them. Are they merely plug and play/bolt and fit!

Sudesh @Sudesh you have to drill a small hole in the fairing where the mirror bolts on. With these mirrors, there is just enough space between the edge of the mirror bracket and the sidewall of the fairing to drill the hole so it is unnoticeable. If you were to replace with stock mirrors again, the stock mirror bracket would cover the hole as it has a larger footprint. If you take a look at the photo showing the mirror side, you can just see the cable running into the fairing.

The mirror cables have bullet plugs on them, I opted to reuse the plug on the OEM signals and soldered it onto the mirror cables. If you wanted total plug and play, you would need a pair of Honda plug to bullet connector cables.

I've now also installed my DIY blanking plates.

Decided to bite the bullet and get myself a set of these mirrors, wiring was a piece of cake and fitment was easy. They show less than the OEM mirrors but look really good on the bike. I've attached an image of my bike below.

As said above you will need to put in a small hold into the fairings but its hardly noticeable if done right. I've applied some silicon over the cable and into the hole just to make sure water won't run down from the top of the bike. probably pointless but I had the silicon so why not.

If you have questions ask away :)

- LED relay was needed on my bike as I've replaced all my indicators with LED versions :)

I opted for flush mount indicators from Ebay for the side panels figure its probably safer to put some on the side fairings.

They look great, could you take us a picture from the cockpit area to give us a look of the bike from on it... Also please give us a review once you've ridden with them for a while man!

You will need this relay -

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Flasher-Relay-For-LED-Indicators-for-Honda-Bikes-Years-2007-2014-Brand-New-RR/251933855302?_trkparms=aid=111001&algo=REC.SEED&ao=1&asc=20160727114228&meid=030b2bcfe0704ea59b85e24638cee65c&pid=100290&rk=2&rkt=4&sd=331998766286&itm=251933855302&_trksid=p2060778.c100290.m3507

What I will say is these indicators sit deep within the panel so not visible from the front of the bike or rear. You may be able to make up something to bring them forward I just couldn't be bothered.

I see what you mean about the recessed indicator on side.
Anyway many thanks for the details and photos. I'm certainly tempted to give these mods a go on my bike in the near future
Cheers
