CB650F Bought bike, cranks no start. 2 ecm wires cut

I’m sure this has been asked a million times. I bought an 18 650f for $600. No title, got a bill of sale. Ran VIN and it’s clean. The problem I have is it cranks all day but won’t start. Pretty sure it has been dropped or laid down gently. The clutch lever is bent and some of the side fairings are missing. Gone through and checked all connections and seem to be good. Gapped the plugs and checked for spark. It has spark and fuel. All electronics are working as well. Jumped the tilt over switch connection to make sure that wasn’t the problem. The only other issue I’ve found is 2 wires coming out of the grey harness connected to the ecm. The pink/white wire is cut and the purple/red wire is cut also. I feel like it’s something simple but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Could it be the valves? Someone mentioned that and I’m not sure what that would cause as far as a no start issue

Have you checked the service manual - a full wiring diagram is in the back which may help.

How do you know it's getting fuel?

Have you checked the sidestand cut-out switch?

I've followed the wires on the diagram ... those two are for the MAP sensor and the ECT sensor. Both affect fuelling.

You'll need to reconnect those. I'm surprised the bike isn't showing a MIL code at this point!

I smell fuel when I crank it. Maybe its not getting fuel, just smells like it
