All 650Rs 2024 CBR650R & CB650R Exhausts

Hi All - has anyone started to dig into exhausts for the CB/CBR 650R 2024 models? I understand it now comes with two O2 sensors (vs 1 for the previous models) so previous models exhausts won't fit anymore.

I contacted IXIL and they will release in the next 3-4 weeks a new model for the 2024 of their XTREM but it won't no longer be homologated - price will drop a fair bit though. SC Projects told me they will probably release something post Summer. I am trying to get in touch with Akra and MIVV.

Would be great to collect info in here on this.

Akra hasn't been homologated for years now, so don't expect anything legal (in countries where this matters) from them.

Cs racing has also said they can weld a 2nd lambda bung to accommodate 2024 bikes

IXIL just released their exhaust for 2024 - no cat, 2x O2 sensors. I personally like this one quite a lot but will wait to see what Akra puts out before deciding what to get.

My Bro in law owns a cb650r n z900rs, both full akra, he like me, just love a 4 pot sound. his daughter, a 12 years girl, not into bike, fetch her a few times on both bikes. her comment, she likes the cb650r sounds better over z900rs. i guess cb650r has a deeper bass ?

Ordered my CSR before summer and they were asking thru' email did I have 1 or 2 O2 sensors. So yeah, can confirm this.

Hello Folks, the 2024 CBR650R in US comes with just 1 lambda sensor like its predecessors. Looks like it is just Euro5 equivalent compliant and not Euro5+ which requires the second lambda for Cat effectiveness monitoring.

Before I picked up the bike in Sept, I too had the 2 lambda Akra (S-H6R15-AFT) on order. However, it was backordered. Once I got my bike, I did the usual first week exploration and found that there was the single lambda sensor. The seller graciously agreed to shipping me the old gen Akra (S-H6R11-AFT) as he had them in stock already and even refunded the difference.

I've clocked over 300 miles on the Akra (S-H6R11-AFT) and it works brilliantly like it did on my 2021 CBR650R. There's no issue with the Check Engine Light.

2024 CBR650R - Just enough upgrades done 😉

So, I bit the bullet way sooner than I thought. I took delivery of the bike on 9/26 and after about 350 miles over the weekend, got to “tweaking” it. And in about 8 days since delivery, version 1.1 is up and running 😉 Burnt midnight oil at home over the week to give it the upgrades it deserves...

The Akra website shows a photo of the CBR650R with the exhaust but the detail says not suitable for the CBR650R e-Clutch, only the CB650R (naked) bike. The blurb also says that it will throw up an MIL on Euro5 bikes.
