Why do you guys have big bikes? Don't you believe in having a little fun? Every year my bike has to pass many test to get my rego
and every year I leave my baffle out and it passes those test. It depends on what country you live in as to the degree of noise that
is acceptable. Devilsfan thinks...
Baloo2650, You sound a lot like me I run unbaffled since day 1 an that is 6 years already. I am not running a Akra but a Termignoni
full carbon. Really very nice and a great sound but I do try to keep the noise down a bit when passing a police car.
I had the same problem, sometimes when you change gears it doesn't make a sound and you don't know what
gear your in. I found this to be the shitty stock rearset. So I change my rearset to a fully adjustable one and never
had the problem.
Your right Wrapfee, There isn't much in it. I guess that's why I take my cbr250r most the time these days so I don't
bust a gut. Parking on a high incline can be very dangerous with a heavy bike.
I think the thing most should consider is the weight as I ride a lot in the hills. So when I park it, it's on a
heavy lean and sometimes I just can't get it up from the lean. Now with a ninja 400 or the cbr500 I would
not have this problem. More power is easy to handle as long as you have your...
I repack my cbr250r every year with steel wool and it helps a lot, I do this right before the rego inspection is due . I haven't done
my cbr650f as yet but it's days are numbered.
In Thailand it is much better. I have a great Honda dealer here .When I do a service I bring my tools with me
and we do it together.Today I am having trouble with my cbr250r abs brakes, so we will be working on that today.
I get on very well with the owner and there are plenty of sexy girls in...
When the bike is hot the dirt and road grim comes off better. As it is rainy season here in Thailand and I get my ass
wet most days,I can tell you there is no harm to the bike if you wash it when it's hot and I had my bike for 6 years now.
Well Thatyanguy, it looks like you have done a lot more than I would have done before taking it to Honda.I have had my
new cbr650f since 2014 and like you I ride it hard. After all this time I never had a metallic vibration, just the normal vibrations.
Please let us know what it was as this...
I ordered my frame sliders in 2014 from a company that no longer carries my brand. Most of the accessories shops in
only have 1 pointers for our bikes. You really have to shop around for the 2 pointers.
Nice color bike it looks good with your new exhaust. However I would think again about frame sliders. As I
dropped my bike twice with frame sliders on and not even a scratch anywhere on the bike. Lucky?
Gmzzle, I also have roadtec 01 on my bike and I have done 18000 km on them. They are a great tire and not fitted
as a stock tire in Thailand. I see very little wear even after 18000km it all depends on your roads and how you ride.
I find the digital tread depth gauge the best for me when...
Yes,it is a bad club to be in right now,but who knows it might just work out OK. Seeing that there are no tourist coming
for awhile, but watch the prices go up.
ic, You might have to pass here if you need to go to Burma for a 90 day in and out.
I go to Laos every year for a 1 year multi non imm o visa. Things are looking bad as the borders
are closed.
I find myself getting dragged all the time here by little scooters and small bikes so I just let them go. Then with they are
in top speed for their bike I kick in third and go flying past them like they were standing still .I only drag bikes around my CC.and
this bike can keep up with...
