Picked up the Quadlock Stem mount on black Friday last week and fitted it tonight. Fits and works perfectly! Going to wire in the QL phone charger kit in the daylight tomorrow.
Hi everyone,
With the winter season soon approaching us (at least here in the UK!), i'm looking to put a set of heated grips on the CBR650R in advance for those cold winter rides.
Previously used the Oxford Sports heated grips which were fantastic, but wondering what all your thoughts are on...
I think $200 is pretty reasonable. It's all well and good buying inexpensive off-brand levers; but when you only have a piece of metal between you and the brakes, quality must definitely be a priority.
Yeah of course no worries mate. Don't often ride in the rain, but when I do I will let you know the results. I expect there will be a lot of dirt thrown up, but that's to be expected / that's the trade off really.
There are four cables:
Brake light
Left Indicator
Right Indicator
Plate light
As a different plate light is used, replacement wiring is provided and easy to fit. All colour coordinated.
Thanks! Had a lot of issues removing the 4 x 8mm Hex bolts holding in the OEM snow scoop. Unfortunately, your standard Allen keys won't do it as they are machined in too tight by the factory. Once they're removed though it was pretty simple!
