Hi does anyone know if the cb1000r rear splash fender will fit a 2023 cb650r?
Or what are the best aftermarket ones available?

CB1000R has a single sided swingarm so likely won't be a direct fit but I can't say for sure. This is a nice option which I've seen on a few 650Rs on instagram etc:
