Hi guys,

I'm looking for some real world experience of those with the CB/CBR 650R that use and stow a Disc Lock under their rear seat/cowl.

So many options/styles to choose from, but the storage space back there is limited…

What do you have and does it fit?

Thanks,

Greg.

I have a Oxford Alpha XA14 - fits fine under the sear with the toolkit in place - I also bring along my Oxford Boss as well if I am parking in a 'unknown' area.
The XA14's paint has been wearing off though from rattling around under the seat.

I also use this and it fits under the seat great, plus it is pretty loud too! It could use a carrying pouch as the paint is peeling a bit being banged about in the compartment.

I too have the XA14 for the front disk. I also have the Oxford XA6 that goes on the rear disk and both fit in the compartment without any issues.

Hello.
I'm using a Zovii ZHL. It fits pefetly under the seat, together with tools and higway identifier.
It's practical. Not the most difficult to destroy, but will take some time and will sceam 120dB during the attempt. 😁

For those in the UK, good website to look at is www.soldsecure.com Run by the master locksmith association. Lots of security products including motorcycle. They test the products. Bronze rating being lowest, the silver and gold. Some now reach Diamond.

He's great, but the trouble is you'd never end up buying anything cos he gets in everything 😄
