Resolved/Implemented Tags

I've seen forum admins instruct various newbie questions to use "Tags" for topics that have had quite a bit of previous discussion. I've looked around and can't find where "Tags" are listed or stored. What am I missing, and I apologize up front if it's somewhere obvious that I should have seen.

Ok, so it's in the Search | Advanced Search section, go it. Was I supposed to know that? It's kind of buried.

When you look at the forum home page there is a yellow banner running across the top just under logo with a link video showing how to use it.

Edit: looks like it was taken off and only shows up on the "New Posts" tab. @GPJake can you look to see if that's a glitch? I thought it was on the top of every page.

We did have it set to just a couple places to avoid duplicate / commonly recurring posts.

We can add it to other places of we think there is benefit. I'll look into it.
