Yep, looking at it now, we only have 10mm to work with there. I'd keep the R-6 around the holes and go R-4 on the inside corners. (unless we make it fancy and cut less than a 180 deg radius around the 7mm mounting holes...) -It was pretty late when I sketched this up. No, not anything affordable anyway. Best process for this is to machine from a piece of metallic stock.Wonder if a 3d print would hold up to vibrations.
