CBR650R New Rider & New CBR650R

Hi All!! only passed my bike test on 25th April and picked the CBR650R up on 30th April, absolutely love it so far.

Didn't even realise there was a forum until i randomly came across it looking for exhausts

I am defo gonna get the pillion cover and remove the foot pegs. Looks dope!

If I am not mistaken it looks like the R&G one.

The red looks so much better with the options added, your bike and pictures OP gave me my first little doubt over having got the matt black version! If only we didnt have loads of wet weather here I might also be tempted by the fender eliminator.

It’s by R&G, they do a few different bits for them

Ah I guess if you ride in all weather with it it’s probably best with the stock one. Only really use mine when it’s dry so don’t have much of an issue 😊

Yes, the black with red accents very much reminds me of the Blackbird jet plane's paint scheme.
Indeed, the CBR is my commuting bike, I have a GSXR for dry weather riding.

That’s a nice ride. I debated wether to get that or the 650f. The the set up on that is a little too aggressive for me. But it’s a beautiful bike though.
