Does anyone had this problem before?

I just had a ride on the autobahn and around 90-100mph the front wheel shakes.

I do have the bike lowered correctly and new fork seals.

Does my tyre needs to be replaced?

Did it shake before the fork seal replacement? If not then I’d be going through that procedure in the service manual.

Brammers @Brammers is giving spot on advice as usual, and know it’s impossible for us to tell without seeing, feeling or hearing because it could be anything from tire, to wheel being bent, to wheel balance being off, to bearings going, to install of front wheel not right, to rear tire/wheel issues making the front unstable, to suspension being worn, to the load, to the roads, to the lowering kit not right.….

That's just a start.

I’d go back to when it didn’t shake and go forward in your head to when it started thinking of changes. If it’s nothing but mileage, possibly, and probably, a worn tire, but if you hit a huge pot hole, lowered the bike, replaced something, that’s probably where you want begin to look.

is original suspension no mods. Just replaced the front seals and used 10w as fork oil. Will check front wheel when the wheel repair guy is back from holiday.

Lowering shouldnt do that normally, I also have another one from friend same bike and also same setup doesn't shake.

Did it do it before the seal replacement? What oil level did you set the forks to?

You could try raising the front wheel loosteni g the front brake calipers and wiggling them so that the pads are free of the discs. When the wheel is rotated it should come to rest in random positions. If it settles in one spot repeatedly the wheel needs balancing. This is easier said than done without a mainstand though. FWIW tyres are usually marked with a spot on the sidewall that is there to denote correct fitting one the rim as it should be 180 degrees (ie the opposite side of the rim) to the valve. Apart from weight loss it could also be a worn tyre, especially as it only manifests the vibration at high speed.

It was the front tyre, its cupped they call it here. Uneven worn. I thought it was a little bit, after examining a lot

I will report if with the new tyre has something

My experience is my front tire was worn no where near worn out. The handle bars would shake a bit. Decided to replace front. The shaking was no more. Straight as an arrow.
