All 650's Ddouble sound when I downshift at 4,000 RPM

I’ve had my 2026 CBR650R for a few months now, and it makes a “strange” sound when I downshift around 4,000 RPM. This only happens between 3,500 and 4,200 RPM, and it’s like when I downshift with the eClutch, I hear a double click—one loud and one softer.
Is this normal?
