So i have been to a different mechanic today.
Front wheel was not in alignment with the rear. Laser tested.
Handlebars were not fitted centrally in yokes and left bar bent backwards.
Bike still goes to the the right which indicates a bigger issue.

We suspected all along, but you need to have them zero in on the precise area of F & R misalign. Did the different mechanic not offer any corrective solution above and beyond diagnosing misalignment?

How do you suppose bar bent backwards got that way? As delivered from your dealer when new? If so, was this a dropped demo bike, tidied up to mask? If so, you've got a very real beef with the dealer, not Honda UK.

Were, or are, there any telltales of a drop, other than the bent bar? If LH side of bar bent, I'd go over the left side of bike, top to bottom with a microscope. Looking for any evidence of damage coverup...very careful scrutiny required!

You posted you were out of country for an extended period....in whose hands was bike in?

Possibly delivered like this from new. Not a demo bike as it was delayed to me for almost 1 month. Nothing obvious as far as i saw to say that the bike was dropped. Most likely wrong assembly and faulty handlebars. As the dealer was in rush to deliver the bike to me i believe that they missed it.

Bike was locked in garage. Also GPS tracker fitted.

I will check the left hand side first thing tomorrow morning.

Thanks

Because I'm intrigued...and agree with the rest who have mentioned...if the bars are bent?!?!?! Bars don't get bent from improper set-up. If the bars are bent then the bike has had to have fallen down on it's side at minimum!

You said you've been away but the bike's been in your garage and not ridden by anyone. Has anyone been in your garage and maybe have knocked it over, picked it back up and "failed" to mention this to you??? Friends, wife, etc...?
I say this part because I watch Live PD last night where a drunk was escorted out from an apartment complex and while he walked off the sidewalk curb onto the parking lot he swayed into what he "thought" was a railing but instead...was a Suzuki GSX that was covered!!! He tipped the bike over and the police officers lifted the bike upright, made a half-assed check for damages, then left the scene without trying to find the Suzuki's owner!!! Wonder what that rider's going to be like when he hops on his motorcycle and there's damage that wasn't there before he covered it!

Others have mentioned it previously but have you checked the front fork legs are set the same height as each other?

The place i park the bike is only used by me. Bike also fitted with GPS tracker. In an event of even someone touch the bike i get alerts. But i see where you are coming from
