CBR650F 3D Printed Fender Eliminator

Hey guys just bought a CBR650F and I'm loving it

I was curious if anyone would be interested in purchasing 3D printed fender eliminator kits? I have a printer and may design a kit for myself and also make it available for purchase. I'm thinking price point would be around $20.

Well, I already have one, but $20 is a hell of a lot cheaper than anything else being offered.

What is the quality / durability of the material?

There are different types of material, some of which are more resistant to UV. As far as quality, there will be some noticeable lines/layers at a close distance. I'd design it in a way that it would be about as strong as OEM. I tore apart the OEM fender this morning to look at mounts etc. and it looks fairly straightforward. I'd re-use the license plate light and (obviously) turn signals. I'd add mounts for the round reflectors as well. As far as hardware goes, I'd try re-use as much of the existing hardware as possible, hopefully requiring very little additional hardware. It may need to be printed in 2 or 3 pieces that would bolt together.
