Hi,
I noticed a much more vigorous vibration lately, especially near 6k.
I retorqued the engine mounts, exhaust mount, and the slider screws. Make sure you do not miss the back engine mounts under and near the saddle. I also loosened the chain a bit and lubed it.
It made a difference.
Cheers,
Sam
Anyone here tried using this? they call it Active Performance Dampers
It’s advertised to suppress vibrations, and it’s available at a local motorcycle shop here in my country, but I don’t personally know anyone who’s installed one yet.
From what I’ve found online, the concept seems to have...
Recently my bike vibrate while riding around 130kmh at the front step and side tank. The vibration feels like phone vibration . Any advise where should i check ? Anyone encounter this issue before ?
Hi guys, i have recently purchased a 2015 CBR650F, my first bike with clip ons.
I took for first ride yesterday, and there is a bit of vibration coming thru the grips. Is this normal, because they attach to the top of forks, and it gets more feedback from road,or could it be steering bearings?
Its...
Hello,
I bought a new CBR650R 2024 with E-Clutch a couple months ago and I drove about 2000 Km. It had it`s first service around 900 Km.
When I`m driving I notice there`s a vibration sound and it`s bothering me. The bike seems fine but it sounds like somethings lose at the front, like a...
Sup all,
I have a CBR650R and after one ride, I noticed that when the clutch is engaged in neutral, there is a noticeable low vibration that I feel and hear slightly.
The vibration is strong enough to where I can slightly feel it in my throttle hand when it is engaged.
Cause for concern?
No...
Hi ,
I have a 2022 CB650R , has about 2000km's on it.
Drives buttersmooth , up until 4000rpms..; then the entire bike is vibrating so much , i dont feel like going in the higher Rev ranges.
The vibration only dips beneath 4K rpm , anything above is not nice to ride.
I have a Hornet 600 ...
Hey guys!

I only changed the end bars (kept the weights in the handles), but since the vibration in my hands is killing me !

Colleagues, can you please tell me, i had 3 previuos bikes before this one, and i can compare- it seems to me that my honda is made to be run between 3K and 6K rpms all the time; and i dont have problems with it, i can make 150km/h with 6th gear and 6000rpm. But if i want to go above 6K rpm in...
Good morning,
I'm new to the forum and I'm French so sorry for the translation!
I had an accident last year with a 2022 cb650r, it was not my fault so the insurance reimbursed me and I was able to take another similar one, a 2022, but it was made in 2021 compared to the color of the bike, I know...
Hello
Ive seen various posts about vibration, has anyone noticed the right hand side of the bike vibrating more.
the left hand side is bearable but the right hand side has had me visiting the doctor today with my right wrist. If I put my hands on either side of the tank I can tell the...
Hello. I'm from Russia, sorry for the translation. I had an itchy, rather strong vibration at high speeds, which is written about in the forum, but there is no solution, I tried everything but could not get rid of it. The motorcycle accelerated very well. I read all the forums, but nothing...
I recently heard someone claiming that adding a teeth or two in the front sprocket reduces vibration and he has done it before.
While I believe the effect won't be dramatic, I thought it was interesting because it's like the only solution I know that actually deals with the cause of the...
Note:
The vibration small in amplitude but hight on frequency are felt between 6.5-10 rmpn.
There is no performance issue. Bike hits top speed without any problem.
Simptoms: Your hands and feet are going numb and the mirrors are useless with such vibration.
So this is a bit of PSA for anyone that has recently upgraded to a newer iPhone (iPhone 11 or newer), or any new phone with sophisticated OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). I recently upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro and mounted the phone to my Tackform mount as usual for access to the GPS. After...
Did some research on the forum and found very little in a few threads, but nothing specific to this topic.
While I'm about to get a second bike and doing some research for it, I came across something very interesting which is throttle body sync.
This is done to correct many issues, but what...
Hi,

since I’ve started wheelie training my bike have suddenly started to vibrate so much over 4K rpm that my hands and feet tingles and I will loose felling sensation after a while.
I’ve checked engine mounting bolts tq to spec = ok.

I know this topic has been discussed to death, but here it goes one more time:
I'm here to hopefully help. I get hand vibrations now that my bar weights have been removed for bar end mirrors. I have Pro Grip 717s. I have a Cramp Buster. I am cognizant of my grip strength. I do hold the bike...
I've swapped out my bar end sliders and the internal connector and have installed bar end mirrors which in my opinion suits this bike perfectly, my problem is vibration in my right hand being quite bad, has anyone got any suggestions how to counteract this whilst still allowing me to keep these...
