I have a 2016 CBR650F which has done 30000km. The bike is completely stock. Spark plugs were replaced at 20000km. The bike acts weird when the engine is cold. There is a bogging that is felt at 2000 RPM if I rapidly increase the throttle as if it's running out of fuel. If it slowly increase the throttle, it's not as severe.
But, once the bike is warmed up to operating temperature, the bogging disappears and only a flatspot is felt. It's working perfectly fine under 2000 RPM and above 2000 RPM. Is this due to pair valve or something else?
