CB650R Retro heated grips

Finally bit the bullet as couldn't take the cold hands anymore and purchased heated grips, in keeping with the retro look i went with the Oxford Retro styled ones with the all black control box and retro grip.

the worst part was grinding off all the lugs from the throttle arm following the removal of the standard horrible hard grips, these heated grips are mush softer and reduce the vibration slightly as an added bonus.

clip on bar end mirrors finish the look.

Fantastic overview of the fitting. I'm taking the plunge this weekend, I chicken out and brought a replacement grip for £35. shocking!

Looks great! Did you wire straight to the battery or did you use the accessory port on the left under the tank?

Better off going for the front accessory power under the left side fairing (on cb650f)

Went straight to battery as might want the accessory port at later date for something else.

I've had Oxford heated grips on the last two bikes and have always been very happy with their performance. Don't know how I'd survive riding through the winter without them
