Haha, got to love the title! How is the quick shifter serving you? Been thinking of getting one from ali.

Also noticed the DIY, gotta give thumb for that.

It work great, 6000km from the time I installed it and still work fine. If you press the gear lever too soft from 1 to 2 gear you might have some false neutral, but from what I read in the web it happen also with the Honda original.

The difference in weight between stock and carbon fiber front fender, carbon is 125 grams lighter.

I can confirm this happens with the OEM quick shifter too.
Apparently, it happens even stock, there is a bearing brace that is supposed to help with it. (I just think its expensive)

The bearing you mentioned really help with the shifting, I installed one from Aliexpress before installing the quickshifter and difference was noticeable.
Here you have the link for the one like mine.

The last Aliexpress shopping spree ended in ordering the rubber tank grips and engine covers. The tank grips substantially changed how I feel the bike in the corners when I could grab the tank with my knees and I'm planted in one position without sliding on the seat toward the tank.
The tank covers was treated with the acetone to remove white lettering, I'm curious if the bike will overheat with them on a hot summer day, did anyone have some expirience with them?

And I placed a 8x2mm rubber o-ring under the washer of the rear pegs to eliminate rattling, now it is really snug.

The Chinese exhaust finally arrived. It's 2,6 kg lighter than the stock one. And the sound when you downshift is amazing.

Sample of sound.

Is it loud for you (rider) and does it have any db-killer?
It's enough loud for me when riding, a lot nicer than some short obnoxious SC Project or Austin Racing. It have dB killer that bring him down almost to the stock noise level.

With the help of torch and used diesel oil I blackened the front fairing screws, now they fit the smoked screen better.
