The developer gave me 2 things to try. I've enabled the first, let's see if it accomplishes anything.

Also - from what I can see, the incorrect flags seem to be different per-user. It is NOT a singular incorrect flag applied to all - correct?

Yep, also Netherlands here. Brammers and I are U.K. so doesn't look random by user, just wrong for the users in that particular country.
