Good spot didn't realise you could scroll down. Looks like I put it together correctly. Lucky guess.

Yes, the belly cowl I bought for my 2017 cb650f has the same core part numbers as the 2014 belly cowl. Although the colours will be different.

Thanks Chip, the red Under Cowl wasn't available in North America but I ordered it from the UK. I'm going to try installing it and was wondering if you could post a close up of your Cowl on left side? Just want to get the positioning right as it came with a couple brackets and I want to make sure of which bolts to attach to.
Thanks,

Hello, hows it going? Hope all is well. Any chance i can get some help on how to install the Oem under cowl for a 2018 cb650f. I just received the oem honda under cowl from cb650f shop in millennium red but no diagram on how to install. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Pages 2-8 through 2-11 in the Service Manual.

Not sure what specific cowls you're talking about but they're pretty easily removed. a #5 hex (if not mistaken) is all it takes. Just go easy pulling them off as there are plastic nipple-like plugs that pop in/out when removing the plastics.

I downloaded the 2014 Service Manual but it's pretty much the same for the 2018's.

It looks like it just slides under and is attached with those two bolts on each side. Unless there's something underneath the cowl that needs to be bolted it looks like a pretty simple job.

Its not as easy as that. Especially when you have nothing to go off of. I used the manual from the 650f but there are noticeable differences with the components. Why there isn't a guide available on it for the CB650r is beyond me.

Managed it after a few hours but it was painful.
