Hey guys.
Any one find it good to swap the 650r slipper clutch system to cbr 650f? Are they compatible? Found some similar parts in the catalogue?
And the usd forks ....are they a direct fit with a set of new calipers?

From installing a slipper clutch????

That’s a new one.......

Makes it lighter by 0.002 of a gram, thus easier to flick around!

Hello Folks, this slipper clutch swap to cbr650f has been a long time question for me, unfortunately our guy from pune has left us with no answers about how this is done.

I am planning to try this swap in my bike, eventhough honda dealership has refused to do this swap as they have been instructed by honda not to do so. Once im done with it , will put a detailed post about this here.

Folks the slipper clutch is a direct fit to the CBR650F, more than a couple of bikers have replaced it. Im attaching the part numbers required for this replacement.

im still trying to source these parts where i live, will update once after i make this transformation.

Can a 650f aftermarket clutch work on a 650r ?
Mine is burnt out and honda wants 1,440 usd for a replacement but the 650f is only 350 usd

is it only the clutch plate burnt out? or something else ?
I believe the clutch plates..it only goes 13 mph in first and 2nd gear.. .its like I have very little friction to get the bike moving...wont get past 20 in any gear...even near redline

Do you ride really aggressively or something how did the clutch burn out in like 1 or 2 years?
I was doing a couple launches to show my cousin how you launch a bike and After 4 or 5 launches it wouldn't move anymore...would only do 5mph.. near red line ..then I looked online and figured out how to adjust a clutch cable I just did it to the bare minimum and got it to move again but I still slip in like crazy ..I haven't taken it to the shop because they're all booked up for 3 months and I don't know how to work on bikes

I would suggest trying to find a local, small shop to look at the bike or find someone local who can verify the issue because it's near impossible to cook a clutch in 4 or 5 launches. Are you familiar with how to launch? It shouldn't be too hard on the bike if done properly.

So one else will tell me that what do you suggest I do or what do you think the other issue could be..someone said a front sprocket could have fallen off but that's not what it was and I adjusted the cables to be bare minimum..and it moves but barely
