CB650R should I remove my frame sliders if I have engine guards too?

I currently have both these frame sliders (https://tstindustries.com/womet-tech-frame-sliders-honda-cbr650r-cb650r-cb650f-cbr650f.html) and this engine guard (https://puig.tv/en/tuning-motos/frame-sliders/motor-cover-protectors?&bike=24111&location_iso=US) on my bike

Should I remove the frame sliders? I'm not sure they're helpful if I have the engine guards on, and I've read about these frame sliders potentially causing damage because they're bolted to the engine block (vs other frame sliders that have multiple mounting points that aren't supposed to have this problem I think).

pfa. thank you.

Depends on what you’re trying to help. Engine guards are great for low speed slides and parking lot tip overs, frame sliders help more for the parking lot tip over.

The sliders you have on mount to the front engine mount and not the upper rear one so they are much sturdier and much less likely to crack the engine case. Personally, I’d leave them.
