Accessories Rear carrier question

I saw this for sale and was wondering, do you need other parts to attach it?
When I look on the Honda website, it states that you need to buy the bracket kit also..... but it looks like he is holding the brackets in the photo(brackets are a different part number on Honda site). Claims to have lots of these for sale.

Yes you will need the mounting Bracket. I have it on my bike got it as part of the bike purchase. $150.00 for the rack is a good deal rack it is milled one piece aluminum powder coated as is the mount bracket.
In the pictures you posted it almost looks like the brackets are there. If so that is a very good deal retail is listed over $480.00

No. Although I would still like one, I have too many other expenses at the moment for add ons.
