All 650Rs R&G Bar End Sliders Install Question

Do these R&G bar end sliders really install in a matter of seconds?

From my research here getting the bar end caps are a major difficulty.. my factory one is a little scratched touch the wall by accident so thought I would replace them with these.

It looks like they are specifically made for Honda so the old ones should just unbolt and these bolt right onto the inner weight.

Where there is difficulty is when you have to remove the inner weight, but again, these don’t seem to be that kind.

Based off what I've read, just undo the end screw, give them a wiggle and out they come...the new ones will just slide in, just add a little vaso or something?

It's not hard, but the OEM screw is threadlocked. Given the shape of everything, its not easy to grip the bar end and unscrew the screw without scratching something.

Easy in principle, but mine was hard because of the threadlocker.
