Hello guys,
I live in Albania, Europe and unfortunately we dont have an authorised Honda dealer here. I found a shop who manages to get brand new Honda bikes. I did go to check on them and i saw on the VIN number written 'thai'. I Imediately started to think that these bikes are not for European market.
My question is : Do you guys think that Asia bikes have differences in quality or specs with USA/European bikes?

No. They are all built in Thailand, they’ll be the same.

You have other Honda models built in Japan, like the GB350S. But I think you're safe with any Honda.

There's some European brands with bikes/parts made in China or India. I prefer an Honda made in Thailand to that.

Unless you have written proof, go with the assumption on a used bike that NOTHING has been done service wise so you’ll need all new fluids, filters, tires and I’d get a valve check done. I’d also do spark plugs at that mileage.

Don't know about that, but you can check this site to see if there was any recall for that VIN. If yes, that's something more for you to add to the list @miweber929 posted.

There are a few, it’s NOT a widespread thing. But worth checking for drips.
