Up to this point, attachments directly in a topic had smaller size restrictions than attachments in the media gallery. My nagging fear has been resource consumption and eventual costs.
For the sake of consistency and making things simpler on members, I've doubled the limit for attachments within topics.
Limits are as below.

Hopefully this cuts down on the issues/confusion members have with hitting the size limits, mostly when attaching within threads.

- 10 MB item size limit.
- 1600x1600 pixel dimension limit.
- 10 MB item size limit.
- 500 MB per user storage limit.
