Ignition on, padock stands and spin the wheel. Repeat 5x a week for a few hours a day. Dont forget to have a rest once in a while 😀
Seriously the best way to keep it going is to stay on top of the maintenance and try to learn to do as much as you can by yourself. There is no real tricks I'm afraid.
Keep it clean and treat it with ACF or some other corrosion inhibitor?
You could try just have it as a garage queen only taking it out in nice dry weather but were I live if I do that I'd ride the bike a handful of times a year. I take it out in all weathers and just try and clean it with a hose if it gets to mucky.
I agree with Motojack. You can't not ride it. I know what its like to obsess over your motorcycle for many of us its our pride and joy. However, its a thing that is meant to be used. If you "use" this one up there will always be another to love ;-)
