High rpm electrical problem

Hello,

I have a problem at high RPM — when it reaches about 8,000–9,000, the ECU restarts, voltage drops, and the instrument cluster also restarts. It seems that some component goes into a short circuit. Has anyone experienced something like this? There are no DTCs.

This is just an hunch but, sounds like a voltage regulation issue. Can you check the voltage of your battery while running the bike in idle vs. revving it?

I would agree its a voltage thing and could be charging issue or a dodgy connection somewhere like a bad ground or at the battery.
