So currently I have a 2019 CBR650R with a K&N Air Filter and a full Delkevic exhaust with no tune of any sort...

this week I'm going to put on a full Akra and get an ECU flash and I was wondering about a few things

should I expect more power? (is it a good amount or negligible)
is an ECU flash enough?
do I NEED to do a PAIR delete? (don't really wanna go poking around with that stuff if I don't need to)
is it worth changing fan temps and rev limiter?

apologies for my ignorance on the topic and thanks in advance!

ill caveat the PAIR valve delete specidfically.

You dont neet to delete it you can block the breather tube and keep the pair valve in place. So more of a pair valve Disable?

Would the tuner be able to do that for me? I’d assume they would know more about messing with that then I would

To properly tune the bike, the tuner will have to at a minimum temporarily disable the system to get correct A/F readings. So if they don’t know how to, they are a shop to run, not walk, away from.

Whether they will permanently disable it is another story. I’m sure they can but at a charge.

They said they can just disable it for me free of charge since it’s in the same settings as everything else

u can block one of the tubes with a marble... check around the forums...
PCV is a Power Commander V
Right, I know the easiest way to disable PAIR system is to simply block the venting tube.
But for me PCV was Positive Crankcase Ventilation. I was out of your context. Sorry for my ignorance. 😅
