Extra connectors?

Howdy y'all! I just bought my first new bike (2021 cbr650r) and it's a hell of an upgrade from the 2003 cbr600rr f4i I used to have! I'm doing my break-in oil change and was installing a battery charger lead and noticed that there are 2 extra connectors under the seat. Does anyone have an idea what they go to or are used for?

One is diagnostic and I believe the other is for a USB port.

Yes, The mechanic connected MCS(motorcycle communication system) to that red connector when i visited delaership.
And that black connector i checked there is a 12V power when makes key on, that connector seems 4p but actually there is a only 2 cables. (positive, ground)

only euro bike is there 12v connector to usb c adapter.
2pin connector.

There is a plug behind headlight looked do not have part # but hondaline accessories has nice waterproof charger for 35 to 40$.
