CBR650F Exhaust question

Hello everyone, I just picked up a 2016 650f for a decent deal. She's only got 2500 miles on her and is completely stock. I'm thinking about picking up an exhaust but was wondering if I will also need a flash or power commander after or if it will throw any codes? Not super familiar with these bikes so I'm not sure how finicky they are to these things.
