All 650's Drain seal issue

I was at Honda service centre yesterday for my first service for 1000Km and it is same dealer from whom I bought my bike.
Everything went fine, but when I arrived at home and parked my bike I saw some oil drops on the floor. Then I kept small container under the drain bolt and saw some oil leak from the drain bolt. I drove around 60Kms after that.
I quickly fixed it. I tightened the bolt with 30Nm as specified in the user manual.
Then I wrote an email with some pictures to the contact person in the service centre. This guy called me up and gave me an explanation.
He said that Honda had some issues with drain seal, the seals what they received were of different thickness, due to which they faced similar situations with the customers and then the stock of drain seal was replaced by Honda with new ones. But after I reported my issue to service centre, the guy suspects that they still have some drain seals with different thickness. So he asked me that once the motor is hot, check the leakage again and if required tighten the bolt again. This happens only when motor is running and it gets hot.
He also said that next time if I am around his service centre, he will quickly change that seal free of cost.
I am not sure what this guy wants to explain to me. What I understand is that it is just a drain seal (Washer) made of aluminium.

take care not to overtighten/strip.

Research/google "dowty" seal washer...I've had success in substituting these on oil drain plug in other applications (Ducati, Kawasaki and my VFR Honda)
They flat out work. Aluminum crush washers do accumulate ridges affecting ability to seal ...very possible occurring in your instance?

Thanks for your suggestions.
After observing for few days, now it looks perfectly fine. My conclusion is the service guy forgot to tight the bolt or may be he tightened with wrong torque.
I checked the oil level and seems not much is leaked and i didn't had to top up.
