DB killer is removed, can it be put back on safely

i have been looking at the S-H6R14-HEGEHT Akrapovic
but after the DB killer is removed, can it be put back on safely (securly)
and i think i read som were that Akrapovic carbon tip wil get sun bleached ( deteriorate) is that true

On my old one you could, not sure if the new ones are tack welded but if so a drill and screw will hold it.

I know abute the tack welded
but I was unsure if there was tread (bolt holder) under it so i simpliy bugot/buy an older vesion to the cbr 2016
