To add, haven't done enough miles to comment on fuel.

I did watch him have to lean the map off to hit an afr of 13.2 though. So hopefully it will improve.

Here's the Dyno's.

TBR full system.
PCV, O2 eliminator fitted.
PAIR Valves blanked.
Stock air filter which has done ~11k miles.
Renthal RS4 chain and sockets, oiled (well) with a Scottoiler.

Before (with the downloaded map for the TBR from DJ's website) and after a full custom map:

Now the full map, and the full map tweaked for no baffle:

Damn, those are serious gains, 81 to 89 hp and like you said a 10hp difference in the upper mid range. .

Keep us informed of the fuel mileage. They don’t have an Akra map on the site, I may talk to my local tuner and see what his thoughts are.

Indeed, I didn't expect that. I'll post back once I've had an initial dyno done to see where the bike currently sits.

Are those dyno runs on the 2016 or 2017 model? 81whp should translate to roughly 93bhp, which is more than the cited bhp numbers of the 2017 model. I'm surprised.

Haven't change the sprocket yet. Weather here is no good,I may have to wait another two weeks at least to get my first ride. Will try it with the exhaust mod first, then I will fit a fueling module, then a sprocket change. I want to see the difference between the mods so I can report back to you all. I am also trying super unleaded fuel as well, so a lot going on.

Sorry Adios600, i forgot about your weather, have i shown you mine lately? Maybe some other time when
it cools down. All i use is super unleaded fuel but our octane is only 95 here.I feel more power and get better
mileage than 91 octane.I also prefer 95 benzine to 95 gasohol again more power and better mileage. This is
what i feel and i will continue to use 95 benzine until they stop making it. It cost a little bit more and they
only make it so farmers can run their old tractors on it.

Adios600, Does your 98 super have 10% ethanol in it?If it does there won't be much of a difference in power or mileage.
It's the 100% benzine that makes the difference in both power and mileage.

I can only tell you that i feel a good boost in power and better mileage when i use 95 benzine over 95 gasohol here
in thailand.
