650f second hand value

Its a Honda CBR 650F Can anyone give me an idea of value on this bike, it is almost mint apart from some very minor damage to crankcase cover when I dropped it pushing it out of the garage. Its 59 plate (December 2019) with only 1394 miles with the 600 mile service done by myself as it was outside of the warranty interval, I have all the receipts and time stamped photographs of this self service. I am the second owner and I bought it with just 36 miles on it. I have been offered various amounts by buy your bike companies and a couple of dealers of between 3250 and 4800,though the 4800 hesitated a bit when I explained the minor damage over the phone and seemed to want to come down to the 4k mark. Also what sort of price would I be looking at privately and if I go down that route how can I avoid the bike thieves who just want my address to come and steel it? Im in the UK

Hard to say. FWIW my daughter's partner sold one like yours with a really low mileage in 2023. It had less than 1,000 miles on it and had it from new. He got £5,000 against a used Triumph Speed Twin 1200cc. His bike was immaculate. I'd say based on his experience you'd be doing well at £4,800. Personally I only sell to dealers; I know I could get more selling privately but I won't take the risk. Whatever you do selling privately, other than someone you know, has some risk, even direct payment into your bank account.
