CBR650F 650F Akrapovic install issues

Hi all.

I followed the instructions for the install and I've hit a snag.

I have got to the stage where you slip the end can on and I'm struggling to get it on as the tip fouls the swing arm.

Because I've been pushing and shoving, the mid pipe now has a couple of mm play.

If I can now wiggle the mid pipe a mm or so, does that mean I've bent the pipes where they attach to the head?

When I tightened the flanges with new gaskets the mid pipe was solid. Now it wiggles.

What have I broken?

I did the install recently with no issues, so I’m not sure what happened, it does say not to tighten the header flanges until the whole system is in place as there will be some “re-arranging“ of the header pipes

That's what I would also suggest. Leave everything loose until it's all fitted then start to tighten up the header bolts followed by the others.
