Hi. In another topic I mentioned plans to set up a Quadlock Phone Mount hardwired version with wireless charging. I was sure that the socket intended for heated grips would be in the same place (left side of the fuel tank) as in previous years/models. But it turned out that it is not there ... I bought everything I needed including the plug from ebay to connect it. Anyone have any idea where it might be 😪

Unfortunately I could not find this socket, although I tried very hard.... My mechanic initially wanted to plug into the fuse box, but Honda used mini fuses. Lack of other ideas so I pointed to factory USB-C charger as the 12V source. We stripped the insulation on the USB-C charger wire and the cables from the quadlock were soldered in parallel. Everything works fine 🙂

Thank you for the response. Now that is complicated for me. I don't know what to do. Soldering is out of my comfort zone. I believe they used that optional plug for E-Clutch/ Quick shifter. I got Quadlock charger with out power now lol. :joyful:

I was so disappointed when I removed the fairing and there was no socket that should have been there. I thought it would be a quick and smooth plug & play process. Unfortunately they made some changes. I also checked the socket that is on the right side next to the passenger seat but there was power even with the ignition off.
