Find the o2 sensor on the exhaust and follow the wires up, or look in the resources section for the Service Manual and look there. I think it’s either under the tank or under the seat but don’t 100% remember.

why you want to remove it ?
if you have PCV installed, you need to block your O2 sensor, otherwise, anything below 60% throttle will be overwritten by the ECU. It's a closed loop and ECU has the upper hand in adjusting the AFR numbers. Lots of data come after combustion (via O2 sensor) and the ECU decides how to tune the mixture afterward. if you block it, you can utilize all of your map cells.

The best place to plug an O2 sensor eliminator is in the trashcan.

Open loop electronic fuel injection systems only work in controlled environments. The street is not a controlled environment. So you think you paid for a few more horsies, instead, you'll get a couple of stubborn donkeys.
It pains me to see that a lot of riders still fall for the "every manufacturers motorcycle engineering department is filled with morons, pay me instead, I'll fix their stupidity".
Accept that this is one of the greatest 650 engines in the world. (no more, no less)
Spend your money wisely, invest in training, practice...
Brake maintenance/upgrade, supension maintenance/upgrade and tires best suited to your average riding style (!!! be honest about it !!!).
If you still think you can do better, get a faster bike... Don't encourage snake oil salesmen...
