Planning to put handlebar risers on my 2021 CB650R. Does it require a longer clutch and brake cable?

Looking to raise ride position, anyone know where I can get model specific risers from. Looked into kits but this will problamatic when ITV inspection due as no mods allowed here. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
