Tried to enter the correct year but it was not displayed therefore I had to enter 2021 as there is no option for 2023, I live in Turkey and my previous bike was a 2014 Kawasaki W800, I had my eye on the CB650R for some time but unfortunately after covid the supply chain has been disrupted and there was long waiting times even some dealers did not add you to the que stating that nothing is %100 sure. The dealer that I got my bike, is a very old one that I knew him for the last 30 years, actually I got my first bike from him
One day I got a call from him he said do you still fancy a 2023 CB650R in blue color I said yes without even thinking for a second, I said how on earth can this be happening ( it is this impossible to get a bike in Turkey nowadays) he said one of his customers that is going to buy the motorcycle decided not to than he started calling the next person and because nobody was expecting to get the bike so soon they weren't ready financially and then suddenly after him calling 6 people I was the next one, and since I was keeping that amount ready in the bank, I was very lucky to get this bike. Actually you can find a motorbike but only in black market with a surplus of %50 which I would never do such a thing, but there is very little stock.
